HPLC
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is used to separate components of a liquid and especially for analyzing non-volatile compounds, such as flavonoids and alkaloids, in plant material. HPLC is also used for analyzing pesticides, heavy metals, and other harmful compounds.
Approximately 1 ml is needed for sampling.
